All new home owners receive a free comprehensive home maintenance manual to ensure owners have the information needed to maintain the home and optimize its features. A new home manual includes information on the preferred regular maintenance program and how to deal with emergency situations.

Complimentary digital photos are provided by GNB Builders for all new home construction and renovation projects. Would you like to see your house being built every step of the way, but you live out of town? All clients will be routinely emailed progress photos to remain apprised as their new home takes shape. When your new home is complete, you will be presented with a personalized digital photo album documenting the major milestones in the construction project. For all renovations, owners are provided with before and after photos, a great keepsake.
